Wolf Point Construction is owned by Stan Peterson, sole proprietor. We have an office located in Copper Center, Alaska and are primarily located in Valdez, Alaska. We have been building residential single and multi family new construction since 1990. 
Valdez is located in southcentral Alaska on the shores of Prince William Sound in the Gulf of Alaska. Because of its location next to a mild, moist climate adjacent to the interior cold, Valdez gets a extreme amount of precipitation. Because of the large amounts of snow and the freeze-thaw cycle accompaning it, construction design is geared towards Valdez's unique weather. For example, metal roofing that sheds off to the side, no valleys or hips in the roof, and living space on the second story.
We offer a wide range of services connected with building a turnkey project. We have land avaliable for building or if you have your own property we would be happy to build on it. We offer stock floor plans and design services for your one of a kind home. We build from one to fourteen houses every building season. No job is too big or too small and we would be happy to assist you in building your dream home.
